Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC controls technician to diagnose, repair, install and commission building automation systems on customer sites in the United States. You will mentor junior technicians and ensure documentation and safety standards are met.

The role requires strong technical knowledge across electronic controls and HVAC equipment, and clear communication with customers to deliver solutions that improve energy efficiency and reliability.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years commercial controls troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
• Vocational school program graduate or an associate's degree in a technical field, or two years’ experience.
• Demonstrated ability to install and/or service electronic control systems and HVAC equipment.
• Effective communication to represent Johnson Controls on customer sites.
• Knowledge of control theory and building automation systems.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and repair complex control system malfunctions across HVAC equipment.
• Consult with customers during site assessments and data gathering.
• Provide field proposals for retrofits, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Assist sales with technical recommendations for leads.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure on-time, quality execution.
• Train customers on control systems operations and safety procedures.
