Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks an experienced HSE Supervisor to implement health, safety, and environmental policies at the site level. You will develop training modules, deliver sessions to all employee levels, and maintain training records while supporting incident management and safety audits.

The role emphasizes fostering a zero-harm culture with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across site and corporate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related HSE experience with certifications or qualifications.
• 3-5 years of experience directly teaching/instructing employees in classroom settings.
• Capable of developing and presenting HSE training modules and using company/client portals.

Responsibilities

• Develop HSE training modules using multiple reference sources.
• Deliver training to all employee levels and maintain training matrix.
• Schedule training sessions and ensure expirations are tracked.
• Participate in safety meetings and audits; support incident management.
• Promote a zero-harm culture and uphold company core values.
