DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Field HSE Supervisor to coordinate the facility HSE program and ensure compliance with all regulations. You will identify hazards, train staff, perform safety inspections, and lead incident investigations to drive safety improvements.

The role emphasizes proactive safety leadership, teamwork, and adherence to policy, with opportunities to influence site-level health and environmental practices across the network.

Competenze

• Associates degree in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene or related field; 1-3 years safety experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of safety experience (e.g., OSHA/DOT programs) required.
• OSHA or similar Safety Certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinates planning, administration, training, and enforcement of facility HSE program to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Identifies hazards and assesses risk to HSE; advises on accident prevention and occupational health to management and employees.
• Promotes occupational health and safety awareness throughout the facility.
• Conducts ongoing safety inspections of facilities, operations, and equipment; monitors compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implements standard HSE support using tools provided by the Operations Excellence HSE Team.
• Conducts HSE training, including new hire safety training and on-site trainings for hourly and management staff.
• Develops Job Safety Analysis for each role within the site.
• Facilitates incident investigations and root cause analysis; presents findings and aids corrective actions.
• Assists regional/campus HSE managers with safety improvements and start-ups when necessary.
• Monitors and provides expertise on safety software/modules; identifies improvement opportunities.
• Participates in Health & Safety Committee and process improvement initiatives.
