Job summary

AB Facility Service is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives across its multi-state operations. The role partners with Operations and Field Leadership to develop scalable safety programs, strengthen compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture on site and in the field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Health & Safety leadership experience.
• Experience in Facilities Services, Commercial Cleaning, HVAC, Electrical, Construction, Manufacturing, Building Maintenance, or Field Services.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, compliance programs, incident investigations, risk assessments, and workers' compensation.
• Experience developing company-wide safety programs, SOPs, and employee training initiatives.
• Proven experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and corrective action planning.
• Comfortable working in active field environments and visiting multiple job sites.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• 500 / 501 / 510 / 511 Certifications required.
• Additional safety certifications (CHST, CSP, ASP, OSHA 500, etc.) are a plus.
• Valid Driver's License with the ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives across multi-state operations.
• Develop, implement, and improve safety policies, SOPs, training programs, and compliance procedures.
• Conduct routine jobsite inspections, facility audits, risk assessments, and safety evaluations.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and workplace injuries with root-cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, client safety requirements, and company standards.
• Partner with Operations and Field Leadership to identify risks and improve safety performance.
• Lead onboarding, safety training, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety education programs.
• Manage safety documentation, OSHA logs, compliance records, reporting metrics.
