Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Field HSE Supervisor to coordinate health, safety and environmental programs, enforce policies, and advise leaders on risk controls.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 1–3 years of safety experience required.
• 1+ years of safety experience (OSHA/DOT) required.
• OSHA or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, administration, training, and enforcement of facility HSE program.
• Conduct ongoing safety inspections to ensure compliance and safe working environment.
• Develop Job Safety Analysis for each role within assigned site.
• Facilitate incident investigations and root-cause analysis with Safety team.
• Assist with Safety Improvement Plan implementations and start-ups.
• Monitor the Logics Incident Module and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in Health & Safety Committee and process improvement initiatives.
