Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Field HSE Supervisor to coordinate planning, administration, training, and enforcement of the facility’s Health, Safety, and Environmental program, ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will identify hazards, assess risks, and provide guidance on accident prevention to management and staff.

Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, implementing HSE support tools, delivering training, and developing Job Safety Analyses for site roles.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene or related field.
• 1+ years of safety experience related to OSHA/DOT programs required.
• OSHA or similar Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates planning, administration, training, and enforcement of facility’s HSE program to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Promotes occupational health and safety awareness throughout the facility.
• Conducts safety inspections of facilities, operations, and equipment to ensure safe working environment.
• Implements standard HSE support using operations team tools.
• Conducts all necessary HSE training, including new hire safety training and on-site trainings.
• Reviews SOPs and develops Job Safety Analysis for roles within the site.
• Facilitates incident investigations and root cause analysis with safety teams.
• Assists regional campus HSE managers with safety improvements and start-ups as needed.
• Monitors and provides expertise on incident modules and process improvements.
• Participates in Health & Safety committees and projects.
