Job summary

Ironworks Welding is seeking a full-time HSE Coordinator to join our Dickinson, ND team. The Coordinator will lead safety programs, training, and incident documentation while spending substantial time on active job sites and shop facilities.

Reports to the HSE Manager and acts as the primary field-level HSE contact for personnel. Responsibilities include field and shop safety compliance, OSHA recordkeeping support, incident reporting, and safety orientation for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety walkthroughs, inspections, and hazard observations across field sites and shop facilities.
• Ensure PPE compliance and assist with JHAs and pre-task planning on active projects.
• Serve as primary HSE presence on job sites and shop floors, with daily observations and documentation.
