Job summary

Plains All American is seeking a Coordinator for Health, Safety & Environmental to support regulatory compliance and safety programs. This role reports to the HSE Manager and requires active field presence, incident investigations, and contractor oversight.

Responsibilities include audits, spill reporting, SPCC/FRP reviews, Tier II reporting, and field coaching on Plains safety policies. A Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years field experience is required, with TWIC and drug testing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years field experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must participate in Medical Surveillance and Drug and Alcohol program per OSHA & PHMSA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with DOT and safety audits.
• Support spill reporting and incident response.
• Review SPCC & FRP plans and updates.
• Oversee Tier II chemical inventory reporting.
• Provide contractor safety oversight on projects.
• Conduct incident investigations for employees and contractors.
