Job summary

Certus Pest Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to provide field-based HR support, manage employee relations, and ensure consistent HR practices across locations.

The role reports to the Field HR Operations team and requires travel up to 25% for investigations, acquisitions, and field meetings. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in HR, knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws, and proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience in field-based or multi-location settings.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and HR practices for assigned territory.
• Travel up to 25% including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based HR support including ER cases, investigations, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned locations and partner with field leaders.
• Back up peers and support acquisitions and integration as needed.
• Support execution of HR initiatives such as open enrollment, wellness events, and merit cycles.
• Travel up to ~25% for field support, investigations, acquisitions, and meetings.
