Qualifications

• Certifications must be obtained within one year of employment: HQS and Rent Calculation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and schedule HQS inspections.
• Conduct inspections prior to occupancy and during annual/special inspections.
• Record and upload inspection results; advise owners and participants on deficiencies.
• Inform participants and landlords of inspection results and required repairs.
• Enforce Lead-Based Paint Regulations during inspections and ensure clearance when required.
