Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in an industrial/mechanical/construction field is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Hose Installation Technicians and dispatch field members.
• Dispatch calls to service locations and coordinate field teams.
• Maintain materials and inventory; forecast needs and issue purchase orders.
• Ensure company equipment and vehicles are well-maintained.
• Assemble and install hydraulic hoses for customers as needed.
• Uphold safety standards and PIRTEK procedures.
