Compass Pathways is seeking a field-based HEOR Science Liaison to serve as the interface between the company and external health care decision makers, delivering credible evidence across clinical data, real-world evidence, pharmacoeconomics, and health outcomes to support formulary decisions.

The role spans the product lifecycle, collaborating with HEOR, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams to demonstrate value to payers and to inform strategy in the US market.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, epidemiology, or related field.
• 8–12+ years pharma/biotech with 5+ years in field HEOR, Value/Outcomes Liaison, or Market Access.
• Proven ability to translate complex scientific and economic data for payer audiences.
• Strong understanding of US payer landscape, formulary management, and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify payer thought leaders and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Deliver fair-balanced, scientifically rigorous presentations on clinical trial data, RWE, and pharmacoeconomics.
• Respond to information requests from payer stakeholders with accurate, compliant content.
• Attend conferences to stay aware of payer landscape changes and data.
