Job summary

Irving Oil is seeking a Field Helper in Indiana to support a licensed Fuel Delivery Driver. You will perform physical labor, assist with loading, and help deliver petroleum products while following safety protocols and on-the-job training.

You will work closely with the driver on daily tasks, carrying items, operating helpfully, and staying vigilant about safety and customer service. This entry-level role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth within a safety-focused team.

• Assist the driver with items that need to be loaded off the trucks.

• Assist with helping to hold any necessary items in place.

Job description

As a Field Helper, you will work alongside a licensed Fuel Delivery Driver to support the safe and efficient transport of petroleum products. Your goal will be to assist the driver by performing physical labor, paying attention to safety protocols, and a willingness to assist with both vehicle operations and on-site tasks. Your success will be determined by your collaboration with the driver on delivering the product to the customer.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver with any items that need to be loaded off the trucks

Your Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ Commercial Transportation experience

The expected hourly range for this position is $18.00-$21.60 Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
