Doctors HealthCare Plans, Inc. is seeking an HEDIS Coordinator to support CMS Star Ratings and HEDIS initiatives across South and Central Florida.

The role emphasizes medical record retrieval, chart reviews, and collaboration with providers to close care gaps and improve documentation. The position involves field-based work with frequent travel across Miami-Dade and Broward counties, requiring independent work, meeting facilitation, and data-driven performance discussions with physician offices

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare, medical records, quality improvement, or related environment.
• Experience with EMR systems and provider outreach.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and present to provider offices.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Coordinate medical record retrieval including onsite or remote activities.
• Retrieve and organize medical records in designated systems.
• Maintain documentation of requests, receipts, reviews, and completions.
• Monitor outstanding record requests and deadlines.
• Lead provider meetings and present performance data.
• Identify gaps in care and opportunities for improvement.
• Support auditing readiness and chart review processes.
• Prepare reports and summaries for provider engagements.
