Job summary

Real Alloy in Chicago Heights is seeking technicians to repair and maintain mobile equipment with IC engines. You will diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, brake, and electrical systems, apply OSHA safety standards, and validate repairs using diagnostic tools.

Shift is day-based, with a starting wage of $31.78/hr, plus scheduled increases and a structured skills training plan. Monthly incentive bonuses and retention bonuses support career growth and earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing/maintaining mobile equipment with internal combustion engines.
• Ability to diagnose hydraulic/pneumatic systems and electrical/electronic components.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and safety device verification.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and fault validation.

Day in the life at Real Alloy – Chicago HeightsWhen your shift begins at our Chicago Heights facility, you’ll review work orders, join a quick safety huddle, and head out to keep our industrial fleet moving. You’ll diagnose issues on forklifts, loaders, and other mobile equipment powered by internal combustion engines, then install, repair, test, adjust, and return them to service.
