Job summary

Keller Foundations, Inc. is hiring a Field Heavy Equipment Mechanic to support our geotechnical construction operations in the Miami, FL area.

You will service, diagnose, and repair heavy drill rigs, pumps, generators, and other diesel equipment, with emphasis on hydraulic and electrical systems. Experience with CDL is a plus; candidates should be comfortable performing basic labor tasks and working outdoors in variable weather.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with heavy equipment repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in varying weather.
• CDL license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy drill rigs, pumps, and generators.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns.
• Work safely in geotechnical construction sites and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Coordinate with site team and document repairs.
