Job summary

Quest Diagnostics seeks a Health Screener for field coverage to ensure accurate health screenings and timely specimen handling. This independent contractor role supports client sites, performing finger sticks, BMI, BP, and basic testing with strict QA guidelines.

Candidates should have healthcare exposure and be able to travel to events, maintaining records and providing excellent service while complying with HIPAA/OSHA.

Qualifications

• 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Meet state licensure requirements, if applicable.
• Ability to perform biometric screenings and basic waived tests.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric screening at client sites including finger stick blood collection, BMI, Blood Pressure.
• Conduct basic waived testing procedures and complete quality control.
• Provide exceptional customer service at health screenings.
• Maintain accurate, complete records and adhere to safety policies.
• Participate in training and continuing education programs as needed.
• Follow HIPAA and OSHA standards while on events.
