Job summary

Redtree Engineering seeks Health & Safety Facilitators to support active data center construction projects across our Kansas sites. This field-based role places you on the site with crews, reinforcing safe work practices and building a strong safety culture.

You will monitor field activities, coordinate with the GC and owners’ reps, and lead safety orientations and toolbox talks. A decade of safety experience in construction is expected, with preference for mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of construction safety experience.
• Experience on mission-critical projects preferred but not required.
• Field-based role with hands-on site presence, not desk-based.
• Ability to work effectively with GC, trade partners, and owner representatives.
• Strong presence and communication to reinforce safety culture on site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day field activities to identify at-risk conditions or behaviors.
• Collaborate with general contractor, trade partners, and owner representatives on safety expectations.
• Coach and reinforce safe practices to build a strong on-site safety culture.
• Support safety orientations, toolbox talks, and onboarding for new trades on site.
• Document observations, near-misses, and walk-through findings; drive corrective actions to closure.
• Bring practical field experience to daily site activities and safety leadership.
