Job summary

Redtree is seeking Health & Safety Facilitators to support active data center construction projects across Iowa sites. This field-based role involves walking the site, coaching crews, and reinforcing safe work practices alongside contractors and owner's reps.

You will monitor activities, document observations and near-misses, and drive corrective actions. A strong field safety background on large-scale, mission-critical projects is preferred. A college degree is not required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of construction safety experience.
• Strong field-based safety background on large-scale projects.
• Experience on mission-critical facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day field activities and identify at-risk conditions.
• Collaborate with general contractor, trade partners, and owner's reps to align safety expectations.
• Strengthen safety culture through visible presence and coaching on the site.
• Support safety orientations, toolbox talks, and onboarding for new workers.
• Document observations, near-misses, and walk-through findings; drive corrective actions to closure.
• Apply safety practices suited to large-scale, mission-critical construction projects.
