Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a CDL Directional Drill Operator/Locator to install fiber-optic and utility cables using HDD methods in the New Auburn, WI area. You will operate bore equipment, read prints, and support team safety and efficiency in a 100% field environment.

Ideal candidates have HDD experience around utilities, familiarity with Vermeer/Ditch Witch equipment, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Willingness to travel and be away from home is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Familiarity with Vermeer or Ditch Witch rigs and locating equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures for utility construction.

Responsibilities

• Operates Directional Bore equipment for installation of underground cable conduit or utilities.
• Ensure proper steering based on job prep and projections.
• Operate machinery to align, move, and adjust to grade specifications.
