Job involves heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking in uneven furrows, with company-provided housing and meals. Valid driver's license and Class B requirements apply as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1 month of harvest experience with produce.
• Must hold a valid state driver's license and be able to pass Class B physical examination.
• FLCE driver registration may be required.

Responsibilities

• Harvest beets, leeks, green onions, and radishes in the field according to supervisor instructions.
• Sort, select, bunch, and package produce into cartons or totes.
• Load, stack, and move cartons/totes onto pallets and trailers.
• Assist with unloading and transport within harvesting operations as directed.
