Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience in an engineering/technical environment providing hands-on support for design, testing, and assembly.
• Experience with multimeters and power supplies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Curiosity about how things work and desire to understand hardware.

Responsibilities

• Test field-returned hardware and assist engineers with root cause analysis to figure out why it failed and how it can be improved.
• Build and maintain tooling to triage field returns and improve testing throughput.
• Own the process and drive improvements to testing workflows.
• Ensure lab safety and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Coordinate testing efforts and keep engineers informed to prioritize changes.
