Certerra Sub-Surface is seeking a Geotechnical Driller Helper in Houston, TX. The role involves assisting our drilling crew with soil sampling and subsurface exploration projects, working outdoors, and traveling to multiple job sites across Texas and Louisiana.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work outdoors.
• Comfortable in outdoor environments and varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist Driller with daily drilling operations.
• Support soil and rock sample collection and labeling.
• Maintain/clean drilling equipment and jobsite areas.
• Perform general labor duties as needed.
• Travel to various job sites (local & out of town).
