Job summary

Intertek-PSI is seeking a Geotechnical Driller /Heavy Equipment Operator in Kaukauna, WI. The role involves operating drill rigs, performing geotechnical and environmental drilling, sampling, and logging while maintaining strict safety on site.

Must be 18+, physically fit, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Applicants with drilling experience are preferred, though those with solid equipment operation backgrounds will be considered.

Qualifications

• Past drilling experience preferred, but equipment operation experience will be considered.
• Mechanical background with aptitude for operating and maintaining machinery.
• Commit to working safely and ensuring the safety of co-workers.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in a small team environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• CDL is preferred; high school education or equivalent is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain drill rigs, associated vehicles, and equipment.
• Perform geotechnical and environmental drilling.
• Perform soil drilling, rock coring, sampling, classification, in-situ testing, and monitoring well installation.
• Prepare logs/records and file reports.
• Control and follow safety procedures on site.
