Job summary

Mabbett & Associates, Inc. in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a qualified Project Geologist/Environmental Engineer/Environmental Scientist to support its Site Assessment and Remediation practice.

The role involves field investigations, sampling, data management, and report preparation under supervision. You will collaborate with project managers, coordinate with subcontractors and regulators, and travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Engineering, or Environmental Sciences.
• 5 years of progressive site assessment/remediation experience under CERCLA/RCRA.
• Experience collaborating with environmental laboratories, drillers, surveyors, and geophysical firms.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong professional writing and communication.
• Ability to travel and work in the field; lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must possess or obtain, as a minimum, federal clearances and pass background checks.
