You will be the technical expert and primary customer contact, ensuring exceptional customer experience and high data center uptime. The role requires willingness to travel within the region, adhere to safety protocols, and communicate progress and priorities to the Generator Service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to bend or twist the body into unusual positions while working.
• Ability to manipulate small wires and objects with hands.
• Ability to walk on job sites in uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and promote all company safety protocols.
• Travel within an assigned region to designated sites and perform repairs.
• Keep Generator Service Manager informed of current priorities.
• Document detailed repair operations and time/expenses.
