Job summary

Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC is seeking a Measurement Technician to install, maintain and verify accuracy on natural gas measurement systems in Colorado. You will audit custody transfer data, respond to after-hours issues, and work overtime as needed while ensuring safe operation of meters and controllers.

Requirements include an associates degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of gas chromatography and measurement standards, and proficient use of MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent technical work experience required.
• Knowledge of gas measurement equipment and electrical/electronic systems.
• Ability to work after-hours call-outs and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and ensure accuracy of gas measurement and control equipment.
• Audit custody transfer and control data regularly.
• Respond to call-outs after hours and travel as needed.
• Operate and troubleshoot flow computers, chromatographs, analyzers and meters.
