Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with garage doors, openers, springs, cables, rollers, sensors, remotes, and control systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on residential doors and openers to ensure safe operation.
• Explain repair needs and options to homeowners; provide product recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain records of service, parts used, and labor performed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely; keep workspace organized.
• Maintain inventory in the company vehicle to support daily operations.
• Respond to on-call service requests on a rotating schedule.
• Ensure work complies with quality standards and local codes.
