Job summary

Gobravvo, a stealth-stage startup focused on infrastructure in alternative markets, seeks a Fulfillment Coordinator in the Greater Philadelphia Area. The role is contract-based and requires daily local travel, adherence to SOPs, and meticulous record-keeping to support data-driven operations.

You will manage field- and office-based tasks, troubleshoot minor issues, onboard new accounts, and monitor client systems.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong discipline in executing SOPs.
• Ability to work with structured, data-driven processes.
• Comfort with browser-based workflows and common software tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Execute SOPs and checklists with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage real-time workflows and resolve edge cases.
• Escalate operational issues as necessary for seamless execution.
• Maintain detailed records of actions and outcomes for transparency and traceability.
• Monitor client systems, balances, and task statuses before and after execution.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and assist with onboarding accounts/tools.
• Complete field-based tasks including identity verifications and system checks.
