This role directs all activities for technical field service programs including product installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, customization of fracking equipment such as frac stacks and zipper manifolds. On Call Periods will be required.**Additional Information:*** **Schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off on rotation (weekends are included)*** Employees may be eligible for Extra Shift Premium for hours worked outside of their regular schedule and in accordance with the company policy.* This role is located in Midland, Texas. Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate* This role does not offer sponsorship**What You Will Do:*** Creates and manages field service infrastructure; establishes and maintains the training readiness of the organization.* Directs, motivates and develops the team. Supports the culture and values of the organization.
