Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery and installation technician to load, install and service vending/fountain equipment at customer locations. The role requires lifting heavy machines (800-1200 pounds) and operating with a CDL Class B where applicable.

Typical shifts are Mon-Thu, 4 days of 10 hours, with some overnight work. You will handle installation from start to finish, perform maintenance, educate customers, complete paperwork, and ensure DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (21+ if CDL required) and have a valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status if applicable.
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable) and follow DOT regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English if CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load vending/fountain equipment for daily delivery.
• Install vending equipment and load/reload with products as necessary.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending/fountain equipment.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures.
• Collect accurate and complete equipment information.
• Maintain parts, tools, and equipment.
• Follow DOT regulations and complete required paperwork.
• Transport items such as compressors for repair or recycle and establish positive customer relationships.
• Ensure proper product mix and maintain reliable attendance.
