Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery and installation associate to load and unload vending and fountain equipment at customer sites. The role involves lifting heavy machines (800–1200 lbs) and ensuring proper installation from start to finish, with attention to safety and paperwork.

Candidates should be at least 18 years old, possess a valid CDL (if applicable), pass DOT requirements, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age (21+ if CDL required)
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable)
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable)
• Follow DOT regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (if CDL required)

Responsibilities

• Unload and load new and used vending/fountain equipment
• Install vending/fountain equipment from start to finish
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures
• Collect accurate equipment information
• Maintain parts, tools, and equipment
• Follow DOT regulations
• Complete required paperwork and maintain records
• Transport items such as compressors for repair/scrap
• Fill installations and adjust product mix
• Establish positive customer relationships
• Maintain regular attendance
