Qualifications

• Very good skills in repairing powered industrial equipment.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Time management expertise to handle multiple priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with laptop fundamentals.
• Ownership of necessary tools for repairs, per our recommended tool list.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Certification to operate material handling equipment.
• Commitment to the company's vision and mission.
• Physical demands: frequently lifts up to 50 lb, occasionally up to 75 lb, rarely up to 100 lb; standing, kneeling, walking, bending, reaching, and fine motor work; good vision and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned service jobs with precision and dedication.
• Collaborate with the Road Lead Mechanic, ensuring effective communication on technical challenges.
• Attend service training classes to stay updated on products.
• Submit daily paperwork including timecards and maintenance reports with customer signatures.
• Maintain communication with dispatchers and the service office about job status and availability.
• Identify jobs that should be sent to our shop for repair and provide recommendations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with territory sales representatives.
• Uphold safety rules and policies at all times.
