Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts in the United States is seeking a Foreperson to coordinate crews, equipment, and supplies to complete contracts safely and efficiently. You will direct crew members, assign tasks, and supervise performance while ensuring PPE usage and adherence to safety rules on each job site.

Responsibilities include planning work, reporting progress to property owners, maintaining records, and performing daily site inspections.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies to complete jobs per contract specifications.
• Direct crew members and manage equipment daily.
• Assign tasks and supervise performance.
• Plan and execute work safely and professionally.
• Ensure PPE and safe practices on site.
• Inspect work and notify customers upon completion.
• Keep time and materials records.
