Job summary

Miller Environmental Group is seeking a Foreman to support field operations in Lancaster, NY. This role performs environmental cleanup, decontamination, spill response, and basic remediation while leading a crew in the field.

The Foreman guides daily tasks, emphasizes safety, and ensures work is completed efficiently. It is a physically demanding role with overtime and travel as part of emergency response and project work.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to lead field crews.
• Must pass background check, drug/alcohol screening, and fit-for-duty physical.
• Physically capable of long hours and demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crew and conduct daily safety briefings.
• Perform hands-on environmental cleanup and remediation tasks.
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure quality and site organization.
• Safely operate and oversee equipment and tools used on site.
• Prepare and submit accurate job reports and safety documents.
• Escalate issues to Field Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites at the end of shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
