Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Food Service Specialist to supervise training and ensure food safety and quality across assigned Jacksonville-area stores.

The role involves real-time issue resolution, HACCP compliance, and collaboration with managers and vendors to support the Foodservice category. The successful candidate will lead training sessions, monitor equipment and processes, and maintain detailed reports on store conditions and scores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to supervise and educate store teams on food safety and QA.
• Experience with HACCP or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise training and education of store teams on food offerings and QA to meet FSQA/HACCP requirements.
• Visit assigned stores on a set schedule to monitor food safety and quality.
• Address issues in real-time and provide immediate solutions during visits.
• Develop and deliver training materials; maintain trainings and records.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and store leadership to ensure policy compliance.
• Lead food service projects and assist with new store startups or remodels.
