Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
0–2 years of experience in large, complex facility construction with on-site experience.
Basic MEP knowledge.
Proficient in MS Office.
Valid Driver's License required.
LEED AP preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain internal and external project logs as necessary.
Assist Project Managers with updating project tasks in software systems and processing RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, and other tools.
Ensure bid documents are sent to bidders and maintain the bidders list.
Maintain current construction documents.
Receive and act on RFIs from contractors and review/process submittals; maintain submittal log.
Support day-to-day project management including pay requests, change orders, RFIs, submittals, contracts, purchase orders and closeout.
