Job summary

Rite Rug Co. is seeking a Field Representative to inspect homes/projects and oversee installations. You will verify readiness, monitor installers, and ensure satisfaction. Field measuring and material verification are key parts of daily duties.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. A mileage agreement is provided along with salary in the $45k–$55k range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flooring installation experience is a plus; construction experience is helpful.
• Commitment to safety in all work practices.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
• Good communicator capable of handling inquiries and feedback.
• Drug test required and subject to random testing.

Responsibilities

• Primary job function is outside the office, inspecting homes and projects.
• Check job readiness, monitor installers, and ensure work is completed.
• Field measure and verify materials needed for installations.
• Coordinate with customers and project managers daily.
• Drive from jobsite to jobsite and plan each day.
• Pick up and deliver materials as necessary.
