Job summary

Avis Budget Group in South San Francisco is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate to keep Zipcar vehicles clean, maintained, and ready for members across the city. You’ll move around town by foot, bike, transit or Zipcar, performing tasks such as cleaning, tire changes, fueling, or coordinating tow or repairs when needed.

This role requires around 40 hours per week, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, and working outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure vehicle status updates are provided.
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary).
• Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards).
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs).
