Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm and security system issues in the field.
Read and interpret system schematics, wiring diagrams, and code requirements.
Perform routine inspections and ensure systems meet local fire and life-safety codes.
Document work performed, parts used, and system status for each job.
Communicate clearly with customers and property managers on-site.
