A leading fire safety services provider is seeking a Fire Alarm System Inspector responsible for conducting inspections and tests on fire alarm systems in various locations. This full-time remote role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a valid driver's license. Candidates should be adept at handling pressure, possess interpersonal skills, and be willing to travel 100% of the time.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license required.
Electrical/low voltage certification and/or construction background a plus.
Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and use a ladder up to 8-ft.
Responsibilities
Schedule fire alarm and fire sprinkler system inspections.
Run tests and inspections on fire alarm systems.
Coordinate with the local fire department to avoid response to testing.
Repair systems if necessary or inform the Service Department.
Manage incoming calls with customers and office staff.
