Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a skilled technician in Naples, Florida to install, repair, and test fiber internet services for residential and small business customers. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring customer satisfaction during installations.

This full-time position may require working outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights. Experience in fiber splicing or installation is preferred, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to climb and work at heights exceeding 18 feet.
• Physically able to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install and service fiber internet for homes and businesses.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding services.
• Troubleshoot fiber drops and repair buried cables.
