Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; experience accepted in lieu of education.
• Must obtain and maintain state commercial applicator certification.
• Possibility to obtain Ag CDL if required.

Responsibilities

• Apply dry fertilizer products and lime safely and efficiently.
• Use equipment tech to ensure correct products, rates, and fields.
• Assist in mixing, loading, unloading, and transporting crop products.
• Follow all laws, regulations, PPE, and safety rules.
• Maintain applicator certification and stay current with requirements.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain safety gear and logs.
• Calibrate and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Rinse/wash according to regulatory guidelines in field and location.
• Assist team with physical duties and customer service tasks.
• Follow EH&S, OSHA, and DOT policies.
