This is a highly active, relationship-driven role combining client service, staffing, recruiting, and field operations. The successful candidate will spend significant time visiting construction jobsites, building relationships with client leadership, and supporting the performance and success of our field workforce.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Outgoing, personable and a team player.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment support for construction staffing needs and field employees.
• Visit client sites and build relationships with project leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding and check-ins with new hires.
• Support AE team in managing client relationships and staffing solutions.
• Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings.
• Develop strategic personnel and problem-solving solutions.
