Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Manatí, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Facilities Systems Specialist to oversee field execution of facilities and utilities maintenance, repair, and installation activities, serving as a technical SME for site operations.

You will provide hands-on field support, guidance, troubleshooting, and inspection of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic, and building systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in electricity.
• Six years of experience in utilities and facilities maintenance.
• Licensed Electrician in Puerto Rico.
• Knowledge of building systems: electrical, HVAC, water, and fire protection.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and utilities maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Inspect electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and related building systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors and plan work orders.
• Support emergency response and safety compliance.
