Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Field Facilities Professional to join our Western US Facilities team based in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform field-based assessments for Property Condition and Facility Condition Assessments, translating observations into client-ready deliverables.

The role blends fieldwork with in-office reporting, requires travel, and supports a range of building systems across commercial sectors. A hybrid schedule with two in-office days per week is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or 4–9 years of related experience) in facilities or a related field.
• Willingness to travel regionally and potentially overnight.
• Ability to work in active facilities and field environments.
• Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Perform field-based visual assessments and data collection for facility assessments.
• Balance fieldwork with report preparation and team meetings.
• Review drawings, records, and facility information with the project team.
• Inventory major building components and document observed deficiencies.
• Translate field findings into clear narratives, tables and deliverables.
• Coordinate tasks with project team and communicate progress to the lead.
