Qualifications

• Proven handyman or maintenance experience across multiple trades.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through on repair work.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mowing, edging, and weed control across all green areas.
• Perform general building repair and upkeep across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair.
• Handle painting and carpentry touch-ups to keep spaces sharp and functional.
• Support exterior upkeep as needed.
