Qualifications

• Five years of related hands-on facilities maintenance experience with strong customer service.
• Ability to coordinate internal and external personnel for maintenance and repair work.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building construction basics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee internal and external personnel for maintenance and repair of field and corporate facilities.
• Recommend effective utilization of facilities and implement plans for cost-effective operation.
• Operate and maintain facilities and grounds in a safe, efficient manner.
• Monitor budget and variance reporting for capital and O&M expenses.
• Perform hands-on work including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to fire, life safety, OSHA, and electrical codes; coordinate with safety teams.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and stay knowledgeable of relevant regulations.
• Overtime may be required as an essential function due to service obligations.
