Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a senior expeditor to supervise expediting activities for a Clay, NY project. You'll manage a team, forecast staffing needs, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet the project schedule.

You will coordinate with planning, scheduling, field teams, and logistics, review supplier performance, and drive on-time engineering data submission. Strong expediting experience and a track record of meeting milestones are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Participates in planning, staffing, and budgeting of project expediting operations for small sized projects.
• Expedites review and submission of engineering data and shipment tracking with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Supervises expediting activities on a small to medium project and directs expeditors to meet delivery dates.
• Forecasts staffing requirements and coordinates assignments to meet project needs.
• Coordinates with planning, scheduling, field coordinators, and logistics to establish priorities and delivery dates.
