Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is seeking a Field Execution Representative to support local sales teams in optimizing in-store execution of Picture of Success elements in New York, NY. The role requires collaboration with cross functional partners across the Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages framework to drive best practices.

Responsibilities include coordinating POS, supporting sampling events, generating leads, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years.
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to a safety culture by following established health and safety policies and procedures.
• Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sales as appropriate for an account.
• Improve Right Execution Daily (RED) and achieve Picture of Success (PiCOS) in all accounts to grow market share and develop employees.
• Support local sampling events.
• Generates new business leads and Coca-Cola Freestyle Leads.
• Maintain company equipment assets, ensuring all equipment 100% Coca-Cola products.
• Meet the company's current merchandising standards.
• Act as an Ambassador by providing customer service to consumers and store personnel.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues.
• Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending reaching, and kneeling.
• Merchandising and organizing company and customer owned equipment.
